Elsewhere on this site we identify the sort of work we do. The purpose of the summaries is to illustrate that work by reference to cases. Although we have chosen to select interesting or significant ones much of our work relates to more routine issues and claims.

We have only identified the parties in those cases where proceedings have been reported after a trial or appeal. Those cases are shown by an asterisk after the name of the case.
