Most of our residential property services relate to three main areas: contractual disputes (often sale and purchase agreements); landlord and tenant (eg lease extension or acquiring a freehold interest); and common law claims (eg trespass, neighbour disputes).
Insolvency will often affect property rights. We advise in relation to all residential property disputes. This includes acting for lenders and borrowers in relation to the enforcement of mortgages and charges by taking possession, appointing administrators and so forth. We also advise on restructuring.
